Our Programs

We are committed to empowering the arts and providing arts experiences in our community. We have developed a variety of programs designed to promote the arts, assist inspiring artists and keep the arts in our schools.

Scholarships & Grants

HCAEF funds several scholarships and grants for the arts throughout Harney County. From individual students to schools and local arts programs, we are a proud supporter of the arts in our community.

Performing Arts in Education Center

From day one of HCAEF, the need for a performing arts space in the community has been recognized. Over the past few years, the idea has been explored in greater detail. A Symposium was held in 2016, bringing together community members and various experts to begin to lay out a vision. Several architectural concepts have been drawn up, and we continue to move forward with making this dream a reality.
